*Some programming in Core JAVA.
*Knowledge of various tiers in Enterprise Java Applications.
*Knowledge of Enterprise JAVA.
*Knowledge of one of the IDEs (Eclipse or NetBeans).
*Concept of Ajax is essential.
*Knowledge of Relational Database concepts, design, development
*Solid understanding of the web development lifecycle.
*Ability to learn quickly and deliver software on time.
