Required Skills:
*Applicants should have in-depth knowledge and development experience with C# , OOP (Object oriented programming) , XML, XAML, Silverlight.
*Such candidates work under tight deadlines and would be expected to guide the team members under close supervision.
*Applicants with experience in developing SCORM and AICC web-based training products is an advantage.
*Experience with server-side technologies (ASP, JSP/Java, PHP, web server software) is a plus, as is a course of study that includes at least one traditional programming language (C/C++, Pascal, Java, etc.).
*Excellent problem-solving skills, Leadership qualities, communication skills and self-motivation to learn are musts.
Added Skills: ASP.net, Visual Studio, XAML, Javascript Successful candidates must possess
