5. Preparing Documentation to supplement test results

1.SENIOR MANAGER (QUALITY ASSURANCE):

B.E (Mechanical/Production) with about 17/DME with about 25 years experience in a automotive industry independently handling QA functions. Adequate knowledge on product quality, systems, vendor development, customer complaints, warranty issues and monitoring of in process and outgoing quality. Implementation of ISO/TS 16949: 2008 and ISO 14001: 1996. The incumbent calls for high degree of knowledge, skill, drive & initiative to steer the quality function.

2.ASSISTANT MANAGER (COSTING):

ICWA with 3-8 years experience in costing activites in an engineering industry. Exposure to ERP is desirable.

3. JUNIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE):

DME with about 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance in a heavy engineering or automobile industry with competence in PM / breakdown rectification of CNC machines / equipment involving industrial hydraulics and pneumatics, welding machines, EOT cranes and heavy handling equipments & erection / commissioning of machines etc.

4. SAFETY INCHARGE:

Candidate should possess qualifications as per TN Safety Officers (Duties, Qualifications and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2005. Experience in engineering industry and ability to set safety standards and implement safety rules, conduct safety audits, safety meetings and training to employees are essential. BE (Mechanical) or DME with more than 5 years of experience and having the knowledge to ensure accident free working conditions in shop floor involving activities like CNC machining, welding and painting will be added advantage.
