Job Description :
* Reasonable degree of proficiency in MS Office skills Expertise in English Language

* Create comprehensive release documentation for software products such as user guides, configuration guides, installation guides and system administration guides.
* The role includes information gathering, writing, revising based on reviews, indexing, final printing/production and delivery of documentation to internal or external customers.
* Collaborate with development, release engineering, and/or build teams during release of a build/service pack/hot fix for the product
* Preparing release notes, creating documents, incorporating changes as suggested by peer and QA reviews and publishing in appropriate formats and time frames
