Desired Candidate Profile:

1. · Strong knowledge in tools and database such as Visual Studio.NET 2.0 / 3.5 and SQL Server
2. · Ability to perform Object Oriented programming
3. · Knowledge of relational database implementation
4. · Ability to program in C# and ASP.NET
5. · Experience with HTML and XML
6. · Experience with Web Services, WF and WCF is preferred
7. · Knowledge with Crystal Report
8. · Knowledge and proficiency with various SDLC models
9. · Oral communication skills necessary to express ideas clearly.
10. · Written communication skills necessary to effectively communicate technical information
11. Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions

Job Description:

Candidate should have experience of designing and development of the Windows (desktop) as well as Web-based applications in the distributed environment and using web-services. Good knowledge of multi layered, component driven and object oriented projects using .Net Framework 2.0 / 3.5

Essential Duties and Responsibility

1. · Provides technical leadership including design, coding, code reviews, unit testing, and configuration/release management
2. · Understand the clients’ requirement and give realistic estimation.
3. · Manage team of Developers and Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met.
4. · Performs quality testing in collaboration with Quality Services staff
5. · Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
6. · Creates necessary technical documentation in support programming and design activities
7. · Ability to prioritize to competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities
8. · Responsibility for project outcomes, including delivery of projects that are on time, within budget and at an exceptional level of quality
