Essential Duties and Responsibility

1. · Provides technical leadership including design, coding, code reviews, unit testing, and configuration/release management
2. · Understand the clients’ requirement and give realistic estimation.
3. · Manage team of Developers and Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met.
4. · Performs quality testing in collaboration with Quality Services staff
5. · Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
6. · Creates necessary technical documentation in support programming and design activities
7. · Ability to prioritize to competing demands, manage multiple concurrent tasks and adapt to changing priorities
8. · Responsibility for project outcomes, including delivery of projects that are on time, within budget and at an exceptional level of quality
