MANAGER (PERSONNEL)
Candidate should be a first class graduate with a post graduate / diploma qualification in IR & Personnel Management from a reputed Institute with not less than 10 years experience in independently handling Personnel administration, HR and IR. The position calls for a matured and an understanding person whose core belief is people development with competence in handling HR & IR independently under the guidance of Corporate HR. Experience in QCC, Kaizen, TPM promotion initiatives, recruitment, training & development, building strong employee relations, handling factory discipline, canteen & transport facilities, payroll management, positive IR and labour laws compliance will be essential. Fluency in English and Tamil and ability to draft letters and notices will be essential. Exposure to SAP ( payroll & HR Modules ) will be an added advantage. Age: around 35 years.
