Desired Candidate Profile:
*Good visualisation skills
*Good knowledge of Photoshop, Flash (designer), HTML.
*Willingness to learn new tools in that'll be needed to produce creative visual work in new application areas. Eg. E Book, Mobile, I Pad etc.
*Good experience in doing visual design for web, Flash-based applications etc
*Willingness to work in a challenging environment to produce really high quality of visual design.

Additional Skills :
It'll be an added advantage if they've done Powerpoint presentations, logo design etc.
