[Experienced] A/R calling- Medical Billing Job in caliber Point

Responsibilities:
o Responsible for calling Insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
o Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
o Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side)
o Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Management Cycle (RCM)
* Compliances:
o Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
o To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
o Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process
o Responsible for complying with all QMS and ISMS Policies and procedures

Mandatory Skill Sets:
*Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills

Soft Skills required:
*Good Oral and Written Communication skills
*Self motivated and a good team player

Qualifications :
* Graduate/Undergraduates from any stream

Experience :
* Work experience of at least 6 months in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling
