Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate with Computer Science Background
Experience : 2+ Years
Key Responsibility :
* - Responsible for writing and coding individual programmes from specific requirements.
* - Perform coding to written technical specifications.
* - Investigate, analyse and document reported defects.
* - Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
* - Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.

Desired Profile :
* - Knowledge of database architecture and design.
* - Strong programming skills in core Java, J2EE skills (Struts, Servlets, EJB / Hibernate) with hands on experience in developing optimized enterprise software applications. - Good skill on Mysql or Oracle.
* - Well versed in algorithms & Design patterns.
* - Should posses problem solving skills.
* - Ability to work well within a team.
* - Excellent in communication skills.
* - Should have 2+ years of experience in Coding & Development.
* - Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
* - Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
