Graduate with ability to interact with Government bodies like CMDA, TNEB, Tashildar, Town Panchayat, VAO, Municipalities etc and obtain necessary approvals and permissions for the projects. Experience 2 – 5 Years preferably from Real Estate, Construction industry. Exposure to Computers would be an added advantage.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVES: (Female Candidates)
Any Graduate with Good communication skills with 2 – 5 yrs experience in Customer Support / Asset Management / Business Development. Multi Lingual skills preferred. Female Candidates preferred.

MBA in Marketing with 2-5 Years of relevant experience in Lead generation and handling sales processes from enquiry to closure. Should have excellent communication skills and negotiation skills. Female candidates will be preferred.

Graduate with minimum of 2 yrs of experience in sales. Should have good communication skills and negotiation skills coupled with a drive to perform and achieve targets. Male candidates will be preferred.
SR. SITE ENGINEERS:
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of experience in constructing Multistoried Residential Buildings. Should have handled quality and timely delivery of projects with optimum utilization of men and materials.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of experience in reputed Quantity Survey Firms / Cost Consulting Firms / Construction Firms in estimation, extracting quantities and preparation of contractor’s bills, preparation & monitoring of cost budgets, reconciliation works, variation identification. Should have sound knowledge in preparing estimate quantities for bills preparation, materials forecasting, Quantity Surveying, Estimation, Rate Analysis, Bill of Quantities and preparation, submission and finalization of Bills. (Female Candidates)
