Position : Technical Support Executives

Qualification : Graduate / Post Graduate – Any discipline
Experience : Minimum of 6 months to 2 Years

Key Responsibility :
* - Responsible for Inbound technical queries.
* - Ability to learn customer service software applications.
* - Ability to serve customers politely at all the times.
* - Resolving the customer queries.
* - Guide customer-troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
* - Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
* - Responsible for providing technical support and building on customer relations through Troubleshooting.
* - Trouble shooting with Internet Support, Microsoft, Antivirus, Laptops and Desktop related issues
* - Recommend process improvements.
* - Should be a Committed, self-starter and result oriented.
* - Follow the work ethics & should be a team player.
* - Should apply Analytical & Logical skills.

Desired Profile :
* - Excellent in communication skills.
* - Should have a minimum of six months experience in Voice-process.
* - Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation and commitment to customer delight are a must.
* - Building a rapport with customers.
* - Good in Analytical & Logical ability.
* - Proficient in MS-Office, Operating systems, networking, Firewall & Anti-viruses.
* - Ability to serve customers politely at all times.
* - Age criteria: Restricted up to 35 years.
* - Willing to work in Night shifts (US / UK time zone).
