Desired Candidate Profile:
• Ability to develop software development process including best-practice design, development, testing, and build/deploy patches.
• Demonstrated experience and working knowledge of Windchill PDMLink 9.1, ProjectLink and PartsLink
• Experience designing, building, and deploying comprehensive solutions involving numerous users and sites
• When necessary, identifying and selecting technologies to be utilized by the development team for the application platform.
• Deep knowledge of Windchill architecture to built a solution Design.
• Demonstrated initiative to stay abreast of technology advancements
• Expertise with Software Modeling technology (Rational Rose preferred)
• Able to closely work with BSA to translate business requirements into strong technical solutions
• May be asked to structure, task, direct and review the technical work of others.
• Must be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
• Proven interpersonal , leadership, analytical and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of MCAD and ECAD tools (Catia, ProE…) a plus
